For this home in West Chester, PA, our team completed a thoughtfully planned exterior remodel designed to enhance curb appeal, improve durability, and restore structural integrity. During the initial inspection, we identified areas of framing deterioration. With careful planning and precise execution, we installed new framing to strengthen the home’s structure and provide a solid foundation for the upgraded exterior materials.
The main house received new CertainTeed Single 7” Reinforced siding in the Castle Stone color, offering long lasting performance and a clean, modern appearance. The screened porch was enhanced with CertainTeed Board and Batten siding in Forest Green, creating a beautiful contrast and adding architectural character.
To ensure long term durability and a clean, seamless finish, we used the Cortex hidden fastening system to install new AZEK trim around each window opening. The garage door openings were squared off to modernize the look, then fully trimmed out using AZEK exterior trim for a low maintenance finish.
The homeowners supplied updated exterior light fixtures, which added a warm and welcoming final touch to the remodel.
