Our team performed stucco remediation and other exterior services on this spectacular Chester County home located in Devon, Pennsylvania. In addition to stucco remediation, the services included the installation of new James Hardie fiber cement siding, and Marvin Elevate Cottage Style windows. We also completed a grading overhaul, new landscaping, 6-inch K-style gutters with 3x4-inch downspouts, and a newly refined underground drainage system that ties into the new downspouts. We installed James Hardie Statement Collection Cedarmill fiber cement siding with all Azek Trim board transitions, Azek window trim with Azek Historic Sills. The new siding is James Hardie Statement Collection in Night Grey, and it is absolutely stunning on this home. Each James Hardie plank has a baked-on paint finish along with a realistic Cedarmill pattern, that mimics the look of painted cedar board.

This elegant home is located in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania. Because of an inspection that uncovered water infiltration through stone and stucco, stucco remediation and proper stone-window flashing details had to be addressed and executed. In previous stucco locations, on this home, we installed James Hardie Cedarmill 8-1/4” fiber cement siding with Azek Premade corners, Azek Trim boards and Azek mounting blocks. This siding is from the James Hardie Statement Collection in Khaki Brown, which really bonds the earth tones of the stone and the neighborhood in which this Montgomery County home is located.

During demolition and preparation for this project, we were diligent and installed protection to minimize any damage that might occur. This specific customer did not want to replace the windows so we were sure to overprotect them so there was no damage. Heavy-duty tarps were used to protect the shrubbery, trees, plantings, and lawn.
