The issue traced back to the existing roof and flashing system. We removed the failing roofing materials and installed a new CertainTeed Integrity Roof System to restore proper protection. Heavy gauge aluminum was custom bent, backed with ice and water shield, then fitted over the newly pitched framing to ensure long term moisture protection.
