Merion Station Exterior Overhaul

For this Merion Station home, our team completed a comprehensive exterior renovation designed to improve durability, energy efficiency, and curb appeal. The project began with the installation of James Hardie Cedarmill lap siding in the Cobblestone color, providing the homeowner with a long lasting, low maintenance exterior that delivers the authentic look of wood grain without the upkeep.

We installed new Paradigm 8300 Series window and door units throughout the home. These high efficiency units are a popular choice among homeowners for their energy performance, durable vinyl construction, and smooth operating design. All interior window trim was carefully removed prior to installation and reinstalled afterward to ensure a clean, finished appearance inside the home.

As part of the remodel, an existing laundry entry door was eliminated. The opening was framed in and finished with new stucco that was expertly blended to match the existing exterior, creating a seamless look that maintains the home’s architectural character.

To further enhance the exterior, the entire home received new CertainTeed soffits along with AZEK rakes, fascia, and frieze boards. These low maintenance components provide long term protection against the elements while maintaining crisp, clean lines.

The front portico was also meticulously updated with new AZEK column wraps and moldings, giving the entryway a refreshed, polished appearance.

This project brought together premium materials and careful craftsmanship, resulting in a durable, visually cohesive exterior the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.
