When a large tree mangled a copper gutter on this Villanova fortress, Latta Kennedy Exteriors was hired to assist with the insurance claim and complete the repairs. A new custom-fabricated gutter was installed. Above the gutter, the roof was flashed and received new slate roofing tiles and copper snow guards. In various roof locations around the home, damaged slate roofing tiles were extracted, and new slate was installed. To finish the project, this home received a fresh coat of paint.
