Located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, this home was a victim of storm damage. A large tree fell onto the garage causing structural damage. Latta Kennedy Exteriors was called in to handle the repairs from start to finish. We carefully removed the damaged sections from the home. All framing repairs were handled, sheathing was installed, and CertainTeed Landmark Pro Georgetown Gray shingles were installed using the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System. New aluminum siding was installed on the garage and right gable wall of the home, then AZEK PVC trim boards were installed around the windows. Certain areas of the fascia & soffit needed replacement due to tree damage and existing rot, so we installed AZEK PVC trim boards along with CertainTeed vinyl soffit. Lastly, 6” K style aluminum gutters and 3”x4” downspouts were installed to finish off the job. This homeowner now has peace of mind knowing their home is structurally sound and repaired properly!
