Latta Kennedy Exteriors was called in by a local builder to work on this home located in Villanova, Pennsylvania. The existing home had a mixture of stucco and James Hardie siding when we first arrived. The client had some stucco issues that needed to be addressed and wanted it eliminated from the problem areas. We performed stucco remediation on all designated areas and replaced the stucco with matching James Hardie Cedar Mill Lap siding in Cobblestone. Boral composite trim was installed on various soffit, rake, and fascia sections to replace rotted trim. While onsite, the builder asked us to install three Nutone roof vents for proper ventilation. Another happy builder and client that we had the pleasure of working alongside!
